Digital Color Ink, LLC has no expressed warranties beyond those stated warranties by the product’s manufacturers. Under no circumstances will Digital Color Ink, LLC be held liable for any labor or ink cost incurred from any defective products. Manufacturers’ warranties are available upon request.

Digital Color Ink, LLC will deliver by our trucks whenever possible. Please call to see if your order will be shipped by our truck or UPS.

All products in stock will be shipped out same day, when ordered by 4:30PM EST. Occasionally we may be out of stock. We will provide you with an estimated time for shipment of your out-of-stock order. If your order is time sensitive, please inform our customer service representatives for other options

Prices are subject to change without notice. Price increases are based on manufacturer price increases. Square foot prices may be rounded. Please verify your prices before ordering.

Most stocked items may be returned unused and in original condition and box, within 30 days of purchase date. Inks and printer parts are not returnable unless determined defective. All special order and non-stocked items are subject to a restocking charge. Shipping charges will not be refunded on special order items. All defective or damaged items are subject to inspection prior to receiving credit.

All orders are subject to sales tax unless a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate is provided to Digital Color Ink, LLC.
