I have been praising your employees lately, but today I specifically want you to know that Jessica Palma finally resolved an issue in our Fairfax office that has been creeping for quite some time. She addressed the issue positively and respectfully, and patiently worked with on-site ADTEK staff using her noggin! I have thanked her, but today her efforts have made a great positive impact on your customer service.
